Welcome to Northants County Player Development Pathway (PDP)

As a Pathway, we exist to develop and support outstanding players by providing them with opportunities of the highest calibre to learn, develop and to progress to play in senior domestic, international or for a future in netball. 

In supporting each athlete, we will continue to collaborate with England Netball, our Regional Association, our assigned Super League Franchise as well as other partners to deliver a programme that contributes to producing differentiated success. 

We subscribe to the Roses Development Framework which identifies four key pillars that together capture the key technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills and abilities required to perform at the highest level.

At the heart of the Framework will be a philosophy and an approach that encourages players and coaches to Learn the game, Love the journey and to Win deep.
